A traditional bread of New England, sourdough based, made with whole wheat flour and corn porridge (aka polenta) mixed into the dough. Dark in color with a strong sour flavor, very moist. This bread has a high water content, this bread has a 6-7 day shelf life.

Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour, Water, Levain, Molasses, Sea Salt and Fresh Yeast.
